Technical Assistance & Equity Pilot

In 2023, the Foundation is piloting a Technical Assistance & Equity program aimed to increase the capacity of up to five small, newer organizations to evaluate grant readiness and/or develop a competitive application for the Activation Fund.

For this initiative, the Foundation is prioritizing organizations with annual operating budgets less than $500,000 and/or those that have been in operation less than five years.  Selected organizations will have the opportunity to participate in a grant writing workshop conducted by Sharon S. McDonald, President of Effective Grants, LLC, during the week of March 13.  Participants will then be invited to arrange a one-hour session with the consultant to review draft application materials.

The five organizations selected for this Technical Assistance & Equity program are:

Boys & Girls Club of Lunenburg
El Buen Samaritano Food Program
LGBT Asylum Task Force
The Village Worcester
The WellStorm, Inc.

The application period for this opportunity is now closed.
