This project is working to develop a multi-tiered, school-based mental health program that leverages tech-enabled products and services to address students’ academic, social-emotional, and college and career needs. The Southbridge CARES project is the product of a collaboration between Clark University’s Mosakowski Institute and Southbridge Public Schools, which co-lead the initiative. Anticipated outcomes include improved social-emotional skills and behavioral health among students, promoting increased educational engagement and decreased disciplinary incidents. The end goal is an increase in high school graduation, college enrollment, and first-year college retention rates.
